TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
- Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who reside in Victoria, Australia, and are members of the St Kilda Football Club. ("Eligible Entrants").
- Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating outlets, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
- The competition will be open from 09:00 Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on 18 October 2024 and will close at 23:59 AEST on 21 October 2024 ("Promotion Period").
- To enter this competition, Eligible Entrants must complete the competition entry form sent to them via email on 18 October 2024, during the Promotion Period.
- The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate entries which it reasonably suspects have been submitted using false information or by breaching these Terms and Conditions.
- Incomplete or incorrect entries will be deemed invalid.
- If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity.
- The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify entrants who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
- Entries are deemed to be received at the time of entry into the Promoter’s competition database.
- Thirty (30) prizes will be awarded, consisting of: Two (2) x Tickets to 'The First Look: Exclusive to Members’ Event on Tuesday 19th Nov, 2024, at The Prince Deck, from 2pm - 4pm.
- The total pool prize value is $2,400 AUD ($40 per ticket).
- The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries via the entry form at RSEA Park, 32-60 Linton Street, Moorabbin, Victoria, 3189 at 10am, Tuesday 22 October 2024.
- The prize winner will be notified via email on Wednesday 23 October, 2024. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- If the winners do not claim the prize within the specified time, the prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
- Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
- The winner is responsible for any related expenses, including travel, meals, drinks, or incidental costs.
- If the promotion is interfered with, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion.
- If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with another of equal value and/or specification.
- Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits the consumer guarantees provided under Australian law.
- The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity before awarding the prize.
- If any of the winners cannot be contacted, a judgment for the unclaimed prize may take place on Monday 28 October 2024.
- Once the prize has left the Promoter's premises, the Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
- Eligible Entrants must notify the Promoter if their contact details change during the Promotion Period.
- The Promoter is not responsible for any technical errors that may affect competition entry.
- The Promoter may cancel the competition due to unforeseen circumstances.
- Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their name and likeness in media for promotion without further compensation.
- Prizes are subject to any conditions imposed by the supplier or organiser of the event.
- If a winner is found to have breached the terms, they will forfeit the prize.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise.
- Eligible Entrants must ensure any additional persons whose details are submitted consent to their information being used by the Promoter.
- This competition is not associated with any social media platform.
- All entries and materials become the property of the Promoter, and personal information may be used for future marketing.
- The competition is governed by Australian law.
