St Kilda Football Club – 2024 VIC Member ‘First Look’ Crest Preview Event
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions
   
2. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or older who reside in Victoria, Australia, and are members of the St Kilda Football Club. ("Eligible Entrants").
   
3. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, participating outlets, and agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
   
4. The competition will be open from 09:00 Australian Eastern Standard Time ("AEST") on 18 October 2024 and will close at 23:59 AEST on 21 October 2024 ("Promotion Period").
   
5. To enter this competition, Eligible Entrants must complete the competition entry form sent to them via email on 18 October 2024, during the Promotion Period.
   
6. The Promoter reserves the right to invalidate entries which it reasonably suspects have been submitted using false information or by breaching these Terms and Conditions.
   
7. Incomplete or incorrect entries will be deemed invalid.
   
8. If there is a dispute regarding the identity of an Eligible Entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to determine the identity.
   
9. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify entrants who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions.
   
10. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of entry into the Promoter’s competition database.
    
11. Thirty (30) prizes will be awarded, consisting of: Two (2) x Tickets to 'The First Look: Exclusive to Members’ Event on Tuesday 19th Nov, 2024, at The Prince Deck, from 2pm - 4pm.
    
12. The total pool prize value is $2,400 AUD ($40 per ticket).
    
13. The winner will be chosen at random from eligible entries via the entry form at RSEA Park, 32-60 Linton Street, Moorabbin, Victoria, 3189 at 10am, Tuesday 22 October 2024.
    
14. The prize winner will be notified via email on Wednesday 23 October, 2024. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    
15. If the winners do not claim the prize within the specified time, the prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
    
16. Prizes or any unused portion of a prize are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
    
17. The winner is responsible for any related expenses, including travel, meals, drinks, or incidental costs.
    
18. If the promotion is interfered with, the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion.
    
19. If the prize is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with another of equal value and/or specification.
    
20. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits the consumer guarantees provided under Australian law.
    
21. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity before awarding the prize.
    
22. If any of the winners cannot be contacted, a judgment for the unclaimed prize may take place on Monday 28 October 2024.
    
23. Once the prize has left the Promoter's premises, the Promoter is not responsible for loss or damage in transit.
    
24. Eligible Entrants must notify the Promoter if their contact details change during the Promotion Period.
    
25. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical errors that may affect competition entry.
    
26. The Promoter may cancel the competition due to unforeseen circumstances.
    
27. Eligible Entrants consent to the use of their name and likeness in media for promotion without further compensation.
    
28. Prizes are subject to any conditions imposed by the supplier or organiser of the event.
    
29. If a winner is found to have breached the terms, they will forfeit the prize.
    
30. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise.
    
31. Eligible Entrants must ensure any additional persons whose details are submitted consent to their information being used by the Promoter.
    
32. This competition is not associated with any social media platform.
    
33. All entries and materials become the property of the Promoter, and personal information may be used for future marketing.
    
34. The competition is governed by Australian law.
    
35. The Promoter is St Kilda Saints Football Club Ltd (ABN 86 005 174 836), 32-60 Linton St, Moorabbin, VIC 3189.
