AAMI Community Series – Member Access

Option 1: Register in advance to guarantee your entry

By registering in advance through Ticketmaster for an extra $5.00, you can guarantee your access ahead of the game.

Your member barcodes have been communicated to you via email. If you don't have these, please contact the Saints Membership team on 03 9967 4388.

Step 1. Click here and select ‘’Unlock Member Tickets’’, enter your member barcode/s.

Step 2. If booking for multiple members, please enter your membership barcode/s along with any additional members you are booking for (one below the other with no spaces, commas or full stops). A transaction limit of ten (10) will apply.

Step 3. Once all barcode(s) are entered click on ‘’Validate’’.

Step 4. Click "Best Available".

Step 5. From there, select your desired quantity of tickets, these are priced at $5.00 for members.

Step 6. You will also be given the opportunity to purchase guest passes (up to the overall transaction limit), these will be priced at $20.00 for adults, $15.00 for concession and are free for juniors under the age of 15.

Step 7. You will be allocated a ticket based on your selection above and be prompted to finalise your booking through Ticketmaster.

Step 8. Once finalised, your tickets will be available in your Ticketmaster account.

Grandstand seating is subject to availability on the day, these will operate as walk-up bays on a first come first served basis.

Option 2 – Default Scanning

St Kilda members with entry entitlements will have free general admission access to the Community Series match by scanning in with their membership card or mobile membership to the venue on match day, subject to capacity.

Mobile Membership Tickets will not be available until 72 hours prior to each match. Please see instructions detailed below:

Step 1. Download the Official Saints App from your relevant app store.

Step 2. Go to ‘Membership’ located at the bottom of your screen.

Step 3. Once in Membership, go to ‘Access your Membership’.

Step 4. Make sure you are logged in to your My Saints account.

Step 5. Click the game you would like to attend. Your ticket for each game will unlock on 72 hours prior to each game.

Step 6. 72 hours prior to the game, click ‘view barcode’ to view your ticket and save it to your Digital Wallet.

Step 7. View ticket in your Digital Wallet and make sure you enter through the gate on your ticket.

Please note: General Admission access is subject to availability. To guarantee your access, we’d recommend members register in advance by using your member barcode and paying the $5.00 registration fee via Ticketmaster.
