Corporate Hospitality & STK Business Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

a) STKFC – St Kilda Saints Football Club Ltd.
b) Booking – The confirmation of purchasing any STKFC season asset or casual tickets to one-off events or matches.
c) T&Cs – Terms and Conditions
d) Client – The individual making the purchase

2. Prices & Payment

2.1. Each Booking that you submit will constitute a separate agreement between you and STKFC on the terms set out in these T&Cs. To the extent of any inconsistency between these T&Cs and the contents of any booking form, these T&Cs will prevail.

2.2. No tickets will be released until full payment has been receipted.

2.3 STKFC may refuse bookings if prior payments are outstanding.

2.4. All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

2.5. Payment on this website is to be made via credit card.

2.6. Payment by Amex will incur a 2% surcharge, payment by Visa/Mastercard will incur a 1% surcharge.

2.7. It is your responsibility to ensure that there are sufficient clear funds available in your account to allow a successful charge to be completed. You will be unable to complete the purchase if the payment declines.

3. Cancellation/s

3.1. Cancellation by STKFC: STKFC (in its absolute discretion) may cancel/alter part or all of an event or product delivery without notice, including in the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the club’s control. STKFC will use its best endeavours to reschedule any event that is cancelled however, you acknowledge and agree that:

3.1.1. The price of all products are determined by specific event dates and venues; and

3.1.2. If the cost of the rescheduled event materially increases, STKFC may in its absolute discretion provide a revised quote for the booking, payment of which is required for the purposes of guaranteeing your tickets for the rescheduled event.

3.2. All events are quoted based on specific details and dates. In the case of a re-scheduling the booking may need to be re-quoted in part/full.

3.3. Cancellation by customer of bookings on this website:

STKFC will not issue refunds for any cancellations made within 14 days of the event / function occurring. STKFC will not issue refunds for any cancellations made more than seven (7) days after the booking. STKFC may issue a refund if a cancellation is received in writing within seven (7) days of the booking being made and more than 14 days prior to the event / function occurring.

4. Tickets

4.1. For events that require a barcoded ticket, STKFC will send the Client tickets via email once payment has been received. If the Client has not received tickets within three days of the event please contact the sales team.

4.2. Tickets or corporate assets purchased may not, without prior written authorisation of STKFC, be sold at a premium, exchanged for goods and services or be used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions or trade promotions). If STKFC ticketing or assets are sold in breach of these conditions, it will be void and will not entitle the holder to admission to the event.

4.3. Limits of the number of tickets/products that can be purchased may apply at the discretion of STKFC. If the Client exceeds the ticket limit, any or all of the Client’s orders and tickets may be cancelled without notice by STKFC in its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, e-mail address, billing address, credit card number or other information.

4.4. STKFC reserves the right not to refund, exchange or substitute tickets after purchase nor replace tickets that may have been stolen, lost or destroyed, except as required by law.

5. Conditions of booking & entry and behaviour

5.1. Many STKFC events and products are delivered at facilities owned and managed by third party entities. STKFC enters into agreements with such parties to host events/products sold by STKFC. The Client acknowledges and accepts that the Terms and Conditions set out by such third parties apply when attending such events and functions.

5.2. Dress Codes are maintained for many STKFC events. Generally details will be included on tickets and/or detailed event information provided to the customer. It is the Client’s responsibility that their party guests meet the applicable dress code. STKFC reserve the right to refuse entry of guests who do not adhere to the dress code.

5.3. Minimum age restrictions are maintained for many STKFC events and functions. Generally such details will be included on tickets and/or detailed event information provided to the customer. It is the Client’s responsibility that their party guests meet the applicable age restrictions. STKFC reserve the right to refuse entry of guests who are not of the minimum age specified.

5.4. STKFC are entitled to refuse admission or cause the removal of any individual guilty of misconduct or committing any breach of the AFL Conditions of Entry, the Facility Host’s Conditions of Entry or the STKFC Constitution.

5.5. The client remains responsible for the conduct of anyone utilising their ticketing.

5.6. In such cases mentioned in clause 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4 a breach of booking is deemed and the full amount paid will be retained by STKFC.

5.7. STKFC will not be liable for any loss or damage to Clients and their guests as a result of all breaches mentioned in sec. 5.1, 5.2, 5.3 and 5.4.

5.8 You must be fully responsible for your own conduct and for the conduct of those who attend the event with you. STKFC reserves the right to prohibit entry of any person to a STKFC event, or eject any person from a STKFC event based on behaviour deemed inappropriate by STKFC staff and/or its agents and others working under its authority.

6. International Business Summit (Fiji)

6.1 Package Inclusions

Certain Corporate Hospitality packages may include attendance for one (1) ticket holder (“Attendee”) at an all-inclusive international business summit in Fiji (“Summit”). The Summit package includes return economy-class airfares, accommodation, airport transfers, and scheduled Summit activities, as determined by the Club and its travel partners.

6.2 Passport and Entry Requirements

a) Attendees are responsible for ensuring that they hold a valid passport with at least six (6) months’ validity from the date of departure.

b) Attendees must satisfy all visa, entry, vaccination, and other travel requirements applicable to travel to and from Fiji.

c) The Club will not be liable for any costs, loss, or delay arising from an Attendee’s failure to comply with such requirements.

6.3 Travel Insurance

All Attendees are required to obtain comprehensive travel insurance (including coverage for medical expenses, cancellations, and travel disruptions) prior to departure and must provide proof of such insurance to the Club or its travel partner upon request. The Club may refuse participation if satisfactory evidence of insurance is not provided.

6.4 Flight and Travel Disruptions

a) The Club will arrange group travel itineraries through its nominated travel provider.

b) Any costs arising from missed or disrupted flights, delays, cancellations, re-bookings, accommodation, meals, or incidental expenses are the sole responsibility of the Attendee, except where such disruption or loss is directly caused by the proven negligence of the Club.

c) The Club is not responsible for any losses or additional expenses incurred due to events beyond its control, including (without limitation) airline delays or cancellations, acts of government or authority, natural events, strikes, or the actions or omissions of third-party providers.

6.5Activities and Third-Party Services

a)Participation in any optional or recreational activities offered during the Summit (including, but not limited to, water sports, excursions, or tours) is entirely at the Attendee’s own risk.

b)These activities may be operated by independent third-party suppliers. The Club accepts no liability for the acts, omissions, or negligence of such suppliers, or for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during participation in any optional activity, except to the extent that such injury, loss, or damage arises directly from the proven negligence of the Club.

6.6 Health and Fitness

a) Attendees must ensure that they are in suitable physical condition to travel and to participate in any activities forming part of the Summit.

b) Any medical conditions that could affect participation must be disclosed to the Club prior to departure. The Club reserves the right to decline participation on medical or safety grounds.

c) Attendees are responsible for obtaining all necessary vaccinations, medical advice, and medications required for travel to and from Fiji.

6.7 Conduct and Behaviour

a) Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful, responsible, and lawful manner at all times, including during travel and while participating in Summit activities.

b) The Club reserves the right to remove any Attendee from the Summit or related activities if, in the Club’s reasonable opinion, the Attendee’s behaviour is disruptive, offensive, unsafe, or otherwise detrimental to the enjoyment or safety of others.

c) In such circumstances, the Club will not be liable for any costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result of such removal.

6.8 Use of Image and Promotion

a)Attendees acknowledge that photographs, video, and other recordings may be taken during the Summit for promotional, marketing, or archival purposes.

b)By attending, Attendees grant the Club and its affiliates a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use their name, likeness, and image for such purposes, unless they notify the Club in writing prior to the event that they do not consent.

6.9Amendments and Force Majeure

a) The Club reserves the right to amend the Summit itinerary, accommodation, or inclusions at any time due to operational, safety, or other considerations.

b) The Club will not be liable for any loss, cost, or damage arising from such amendments, except where directly caused by the proven negligence of the Club.

c) The Club will not be liable for any delay, change, or cancellation of the Summit resulting from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemics, or government-imposed travel restrictions.

7. Privacy

7.1. The Club handles the personal information it collects in connection with event payments, bookings and attendance in accordance with its privacy policy (https://www.afl.com.au/privacy) Refer to the link or contact the club for more information.

8. Use of Images

8.1. By booking and/or attending a STKFC event you acknowledge and agree that photographs, film recordings, sound recordings and other material may be captured by STKFC for the purpose of marketing and promotional activities. All attendees waive the right to approve and receive any financial benefit for such material.

9. General

9.1. If STKFC waives any of the above T&Cs, this does not mean that any other T&Cs do not apply. It should be assumed unless explicitly stated by STKFC that all T&Cs apply at all times.

9.2. These T&Cs apply to all past, current and future bookings unless specified in writing by STKFC.

9.3. These T&Cs operate within the bounds of the laws of Australia.
