Recent developments have resulted in a material difference to the delivery of services by AFL and Clubs to members with match access currently not able to be provided to at least 50% of matches in 2020.
Whilst we are seeking the ongoing financial support of our members despite these developments, all access members are eligible for a refund on their membership fees. Members that choose to seek a refund would incur a cancelation fee of $35 to cover the costs already incurred by the club for the 2020 season. Please note that exercising this option would mean cancelling your membership with St Kilda, which would also result in the loss of consecutive years of membership, any associated loyalty discounts and benefits as well as the right to retain reserved seats for 2021 if applicable. The club can provide a discounted supporter membership to preserve a member’s continuity of membership and/or reserved seats for the 2021 season. Please click here to contact the club and advise of your ideal outcome and our team will be in touch to discuss.
Access members can downgrade their membership to another membership product of lower value and receive a refund on the difference of their current 2020 membership payment (refund applied to the membership value paid). Please contact the membership team should you wish to discuss this option.
With the re-commencement of the Toyota AFL Premiership season, there will be changes to the game access entitlements for members. Access members have the option to opt-out of remaining monthly payments if they so choose. In the event that a member does not opt-out of making further payments at this time, St Kilda will assume that the member has made the informed decision to keep making payments and they will continue to be processed on the 15th of each month. Access members on Easy Pay can also request a refund on payments already made.
Interactive CREST benefits (meet-and-greets, panels, etc.) will be postponed until further notice. Any additional access to tickets to Saints games will also be suspended for the moment, however, these will become available should the no-crowds policy ends.
Due to the impact of COVID-19 on our partners that help get member packs to your doorstep, fulfilment of membership packs has temporarily been suspended. Your member pack will still be delivered upon re-opening of our fulfilment partners in the coming months. If you urgently require your member pack as a present or for any other reason, please contact the membership team on 1300 467 246 and we will endeavour to assist.
If crowds are allowed to attend matches in the 2020 Toyota AFL Premiership Season, we will communicate to all members their rights to access these games when that information becomes available. All access members except for those that chose a full refund or downgrade to non-access membership option, will have the option to attend these matches at varying levels of access.
