Can I buy extra tickets?
Yes you can buy guest passes for your functions, this can be done upon registration by selecting the guest pass option and completing the purchase online. Alternatively you can get in touch at corporate@saints.com.au.
How do I submit my dietary requirements?
Submitting dietary requirements can be done upon registering for an event. If you miss adding them in at the time, please get in touch with us ASAP at events@saints.com.au.
When and how will I receive my tickets?
Tickets will be distributed 48 hours prior to the game via your nominated email.
What if I’m unable to attend a game?
If you are no longer able to attend a match, and it's still within the allocated RSVP time-frame, please get in touch with us and we can update your RSVP. If it is beyond the RSVP date, unfortunately a cancellation will no longer be possible.
How do I access car parking?
You can access car parking directly via Marvel Stadium by clicking here.
Can children attend the function?
Our match day functions are aimed at a older audience, so we recommend 18+ year olds. However should you have a request please don't hesitate to contact our team to discuss - corporate@saints.com.au
What are the key differences between a Halo Lounge function and a President’s Match Day function?
Our President's Club is our official match day function, set in the Skyline Room at Marvel Stadium, it's an experience that includes premium Level 2 seating, a two-course dining experience, and insights from the President and special guest speakers.
The Halo Lounge is a more informal offering, hosted in the front of the Skyline Room, providing our Halos a private space to mingle and enjoy the footy from the best seats in the house.
If I can't attend a specific game, can I use the entitlement for another match?
We are happy to accommodate flexibility in your ticket allocation where possible, and providing it's for a like for like entitlement (president's club functions for president's club, and Halo Lounges for Halo Lounges).

How long do the functions go for? When should I arrive
For President's Club Functions you should arrive 1.30 hours before the game time.
For Halo Lounge you should arrive 1 hour before game time.
Both events will conclude 30 minutes post the final siren.
Are there any dress codes for the gameday experience?
Our President Function dress code is: Business Casual (no opposition apparel)
The Halo Lounge dress code is: Smart/Business Casual (no opposition apparel)
