Ultimate Members receive priority access to purchase a ticket to AFL Finals Series matches involving St Kilda including the AFL Grand Final if St Kilda is a competing team. Ticket purchase windows apply and must be adhered to by Ultimate Members to guarantee access to purchase AFL Finals Series and Grand Final tickets. The number of Ultimate Memberships available is capped to ensure all Ultimate Members have access to purchase an AFL Grand Final ticket within the allocation of tickets provided to the club by the AFL. Ultimate Member access includes entry into the Victory Room for those sitting on level 1 or Level 3, and the Quill/Parker/Horizon pre-function rooms for those sitting on Level 2.

Depending on the Membership type and Membership category purchased, Members will have access to St Kilda matches during the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season (Season) as described below.

5.1 General Admission – Access to unreserved seating on Level 3 at St Kilda home matches, and if the member holds a home and away membership, access to unreserved General Admission seating at away games in Melbourne, subject to capacity. For the avoidance of doubt, ‘home’ matches are matches held at Marvel Stadium where St Kilda is the home team. General Admission is first come, first served. General Admission areas are on Level 3 at Marvel Stadium and Q Section (Level 4) at the MCG. To guarantee entry, Members are encouraged to upgrade their General Admission ticket to a Reserved seat (through the venue’s ticket agent), particularly for high demand matches. Booking fees may apply for upgrades.

5.2 Reserved Seating – Members will receive access to an allocated Reserved seat for home matches at Marvel Stadium. If the Membership type includes access to both home and away matches, entry to away matches will be through General Admission only (excluding Cheer Squad Members). Whilst St Kilda does its best to fill all reserved seats, if the bay is not at capacity seats may be released back to the venue’s ticketing agent for sale to the general public.

5.3 Reserved Bays – Members will receive access to dedicated Reserved Bays for home matches at Marvel Stadium. Reserved Bay seating at Marvel Stadium can either be pre-booked to guarantee a seat or members can use walk-up areas. Walk up bays are subject to capacity and in the event of reaching capacity, additional seating will be available in General Admission areas on Level 3. St Kilda will not be liable for any compensation in the event a Member cannot find a seat in the walk-up bay areas, as options to pre-book and guarantee a seat prior to matchday are available at no extra cost.

5.4 Subject to Capacity – the AFL or St Kilda may declare a match ‘Fully Ticketed’ or ‘Fully Reserved’ if capacity is likely to be reached. In this instance, a Member who holds a General Admission Membership may upgrade to a Reserved Seat (through the venue’s ticket agent) for a fee, in order to guarantee entry.

5.5 AFL Finals Series and Grand Final – Members who hold an Ultimate Membership will receive guaranteed access to purchase a ticket to AFL Finals Series matches and/or the Grand Final if St Kilda is a competing team. The sale of AFL Grand Final tickets is managed by the Australian Football League in conjunction with the two competing clubs and the venue’s ticketing agent. Ticket arrangements for the AFL Grand Final are subject to change and will be confirmed in September via email if St Kilda is a competing team. It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure a valid email address is provided to St Kilda. St Kilda will not be liable for any lost access to the ticket purchase window if the Member’s details are incomplete or out of date or if a Member does not complete their ticket purchase within the timeframe set by the AFL’s ticket agency.

5.6 Reserved Seat Holders – Reserved Seat holders will be advised of a renewal period each year and a cut-off date for renewing their existing seat. Any seats not renewed by the cut-off date (15 December) will be made available to other Members. Note: Cut-off dates are strictly adhered to.

5.7 Auskick Junior Membership – this is a 4 match General Admission Membership provided by the AFL to each 2025 NAB AFL Auskick participant who opts into receiving an AFL Club Membership at the time of registration, by nominating their AFL Club of support. An Auskick Junior Membership card will be included in the Auskick Benefits pack and mailed to the participant by the AFL after payment has been received. Auskick Junior Memberships are not transferable, cannot be resold and are non-refundable.

Subject to these Terms and Conditions, St Kilda Memberships are non-refundable. As a general policy, St Kilda does not provide refunds for a change in personal circumstances. To the full extent permitted by law, St Kilda will not be liable for any loss or damage a Member may suffer as a result of any 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season or AFL Finals Series matches being cancelled, postponed or changed.

Memberships are based on a 24 round home and away season. The impact (if any) that the COVID-19 pandemic, or any other unforeseeable event outside of the control of the AFL (Unforeseen Event), may have on the Season is not known. If there is an interruption to the Season caused by an Unforeseen Event, St Kilda will keep you informed via email and/or SMS as to any changes to match access for the 2025 Toyota AFL Premiership Season.

If a Member is unable to sit in their existing Reserved Seat due to an Unforeseen Event, St Kilda will provide the Member with an alternative Reserved Seat within the same category. No compensation will be payable in this instance. However, if the alternate Reserved Seat is in a lower category, the Member may be entitled to seek compensation by way of a partial refund.

St Kilda recognises the importance of your privacy. All information collected will be handled in accordance with the AFL’s Privacy Policy which can be found here. Each Member acknowledges that St Kilda may, from time to time, print names of its members on its website or social media channels, for the purpose of membership recognition.

Whilst barracking and supporting is a vital part of attending a football match, offensive language and gestures are not in the spirit of the game. Inappropriate or aggressive behaviour including yelling, swearing, bullying and vilification towards players, event staff or fellow patrons will not be tolerated. This extends to related activity being published on social media platforms. St Kilda Members are asked to consume alcohol responsibly during the match so that their behaviour does not adversely impact the event for other Members, patrons or staff. Any Member who breaches this code of conduct may have their Membership immediately suspended or cancelled without refund. Further, St Kilda Members must adhere to the AFL’s Conditions of Entry into an AFL Venue and to any further rules and restrictions imposed by the venue.
