Promoter/Recipient
1. The promoter of the Raffle and recipient of net proceeds of the Raffle is the St Kilda Saints Football Club Ltd (the ‘Club’).

Promotion Period
1. Opening date of ticket sales: 04/07/2025

3. Early bird closing date: 15/08/2025
4. No entries will be accepted after 5:00pm AEST on the closing date 10/09/2025

5. The Major Raffle will be drawn at 11:00am AEST on 12/09/2025 at:

6. A digital random draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. First prize will be allocated to the first ticket number drawn followed by all other prizes in descending order (for a complete list of prizes see the Schedule of Prizes below).
7. A separate draw for the Early Bird Prize and the Book Buyer’s Prize will be held immediately before the Major Raffle draw (at 10.15am and 10.45am respectively) (together the ‘preliminary draw’). The winning ticket number entered into either preliminary draw are eligible to be drawn again in the Major Raffle draw.
8. Following the preliminary draw, a ticket number that has been drawn in the Major Raffle draw is not eligible to be drawn again.
Tickets
9. A maximum number of 45,000 tickets are offered for sale in the Raffle. Maximum of 10,000 of tickets will be available for sale in the ACT, maximum of 5,000 tickets will be available for sale in QLD.
10. Price per ticket: $10.00
11. Price per entire book of ten (10) tickets: $100
Entry
12. Entry is open to residents of the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, South Australia, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle (Participants). Participants do not need to be a Club member or supporter to purchase a Raffle ticket or book of Raffle tickets.
13. Office holders and employees of the Club and the authorised nominee of the Raffle (or members of their immediate family) are not eligible to enter.
14. Participants can enter the Promotion via the following methods:
a) If the Participant is a Club member, supporter or affiliate, by purchasing one or more physical Raffle tickets via a book of Raffle tickets sent by mail; or
b) Participants can visit the St Kilda website and follow the online purchasing process.
15. Participants who purchase a physical ticket must complete the contact details section on the accompanying ticket stub in full by providing their name, address, telephone number, email (if applicable) and membership number (if applicable) for their entry to be eligible. If purchasing a ticket via the St Kilda website, the Participant must complete their details as prompted.
16. If a Participant purchases a physical ticket, the completed payment form (providing contact details, number of tickets sold and payment details if applicable) and accompanying payment must also accompany the book of Raffle tickets (containing both sold and unsold tickets) and be returned by the closing date to:

for entries to be eligible.
17. Payment can be made by enclosing a cheque or money order payable to the Club or by providing credit card payment details on the payment form.
18. For online card transactions via the St Kilda website, the entrant must use a credit or debit card.
19. All tickets that have been paid for will be entered into the draw, with the exception of any entry (ticket stub or form) which the Club deems to be incomplete, illegible, slanderous, defamatory or otherwise unsightly. Tickets not paid for will not be entered into the draw.
20. People returning books of Raffle tickets containing sold Raffle ticket stubs with accompanying payment after the closing date will be notified and provided with the option of having the payment cancelled or donated to the Club.
21. Additional books of Raffle tickets can be requested by checking the applicable box on the payment form or by contacting the club membership department on 1300 467 246.
22. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like, however they must complete each raffle ticket stub in full in order for their entry to be eligible (or check the box on the first ticket stub indicating all tickets purchased in the book are to be entered under the same name).
23. All buyers that purchase a ticket prior to 15/08/2025 will have their ticket entered into the Early Bird Prize Draw for the chance to win a position in the 2026 AFL or AFLW team photo.
24. To be eligible for entry into the separate additional Book Buyer’s draw to win the Book Buyer’s Prize, participants must purchase an entire book of 10 tickets.
Prizes
25. Total maximum value of the prize pool is: $66,259
26. A complete list of prizes along with information on, and any additional terms and conditions applicable to, each prize is contained in the Schedule of Prizes (below).
27. Prize values are accurate as at the commencement date of the promotion period.
28. All costs, fees, charges or expenses associated with the prize(s), which are not specified in the schedule are the responsibility of the winner(s) including any relevant travel expenses.
29. Prizes are non-transferable, and unable to be exchanged, amended or redeemable for cash.
30. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Club will substitute another prize of equal value (at the Club’s discretion and subject to regulatory approval).
Notification and publication of winners
31. The Club will attempt to notify all prize winners by telephone and/or email within 2 business days of being selected in the draw.
32. Prize winners’ names will also be published on the Club’s website saints.com.au, and on its Facebook and twitter pages and in the ‘Herald Sun’ and the ‘Advertiser’ newspapers on 18/09/2025.
Claiming prizes
33. All claimed prizes will be distributed to winner(s) within 28 days of the draw.
34. At the time of notification or by subsequent communication to the Club, prize winner(s) can either elect to have the prize posted or delivered to the winner(s)’ specified postal or delivery address or alternatively collect the prize from:

35. If delivery via post is elected, the prize winner will be responsible for all the costs associated with delivery or postage, unless the prize winner resides in Western Australia, where, due to state-based legislation, the Club will be responsible for all costs associated with delivery and postage.
36. Once the prize has left the Club’s head offices, the Club will use all reasonable endeavours to prevent damage or delay to the prize or to prevent the prize from being lost in transit.
37. All prize winner(s) are responsible for use of the prizes including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.
Use of personal information
38. By completing and returning a Raffle ticket and/or book of Raffle tickets and/or Early Bird Prize or Book Buyer’s Prize entry form, participants consent to the Club collecting, retaining and using the personal information provided by participants for the Club’s marketing (including direct marketing) and communication purposes.
39. Information about the participant is used by the Club to assess and process registration in the Raffle, and for the determination of winners and the distribution of prizes, if any, to the participant.
40. Any personal information the participant provides will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Club’s privacy policy, which can be viewed at www.saints.com.au/policies
41. Personal information held about participants by the Club can be accessed by contacting the membership department on 1300 467 246.
General
42. These Terms and Conditions and the accompanying Schedule of Prizes form the conditions of entry for this promotion and are governed by Victorian Law. By submitting an entry, participants agree to these conditions of entry.
43. Any updates to these conditions of entry will be subject to regulatory approval and will be published on the Club’s website.
44. It is the participant’s responsibility to notify the Club if their contact details change during the promotion period.
45. The Club reserves the right to disqualify an entry in the event of non-compliance with these conditions of entry or if, in the Club’s reasonable opinion, an entrant tampers or interferes with an entry mechanism in any way.
46. The Club is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any mail delivery, telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, communication network, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise, any injury or damage to entries or to entrants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this Raffle.
47. If the Raffle cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Club’s control, including, but not limited to, fire, storm, flood, earthquake, explosion, war, terrorism, invasion, rebellion, sabotage, pandemic, epidemic, law, rule or regulation of any government or governmental agency, and executive or administrative order or act of general or particular application, the Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Raffle (subject to regulatory approval). If the Club cancels the Raffle, the Club will endeavour to notify and provide participants with the option of having payment refunded or donated to the Club. If the Club suspends or modifies the Raffle, the Club reserves the right to determine how the suspended or modified Raffle proceeds and prizes are awarded (again, subject to regulatory approval).
48. Images used by the Club throughout the books of Raffle tickets and/or as part of any additional promotional or advertising materials are for illustration purposes only.
49. To the extent permitted by law, the Club will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with or participation in the Raffle. In addition, the Club accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning a prize.
50. In the event an Entrant wishes to raise a complaint, the Entrant must contact membership@saints.com.au. Upon receipt of the email, the Entrant will receive a phone call from a Club staff member to discuss available remedies (if applicable) for the affected Entrant.
