Raffle Name

1. 2026 Saints Mega Raffle (the ‘Raffle’).

Promoter/Recipient

2. The promoter of the Raffle and recipient of net proceeds of the Raffle is the St Kilda Saints Football Club Ltd (ABN 86005174836) of RSEA Park, 32-60 Linton Street, Moorabbin, Victoria 3189 (the ‘Club’).

Permit Numbers

3. Authorised under: VIC Permit No. MG-R26344893, NSW Authority No. GOCAU/2719, ACT Permit No. ACT R26/00127, WA Permit No. LS225027826, Tasmanian Permit No. 104122.

Promotion Period

4. All times in these Terms and Conditions are expressed as the local time in Melbourne, Victoria.

(a) Opening Date of ticket sales: 0.01am on 20 July 2026

(b) Closing Date of ticket sales: 11.59pm on 21 September 2026

(c) No entries will be accepted after 11:59pm on the Closing Date of 21 September 2026

The Raffle will close at the earlier of the Closing Date or when all Raffle tickets are sold.

Draw

5. The major draw for the Raffle will be held at 11:00am on 24 September 2026 at St Kilda Football Club, RSEA Park, 32-60 Linton Street, Moorabbin Victoria 3189.

6. The major draw will be witnessed by a third-party representative to comply with applicable State and Territory governance.

7. The draw conductor may also draw additional reserve winners in case an invalid entry or Participant is drawn as a winner.

8. A digital random draw will take place in accordance with State Government regulations. First prize will be allocated to the first ticket number drawn followed by all other prizes in descending order (for a complete list of prizes see the Schedule of Prizes below).

9. A separate draw for the Book Buyer’s Prize will be held immediately before the Raffle major draw (at 10.45am) (the ‘preliminary draw’). The winning ticket number of the preliminary draw is eligible to be drawn again in the major draw.

10. Following the preliminary draw, a ticket number that has been drawn in the major draw is not eligible to be drawn again.

11. If a winning Raffle ticket is deemed invalid, at the Promoter's discretion and with regulatory approval when required, that Raffle ticket will be disregarded and the prize will be awarded to the next reserve winner.

Tickets

12. A maximum number of 25,000 tickets are offered for sale in the Raffle. Maximum of 5,000 of tickets will be available for sale in the ACT, a maximum of 2,500 tickets will be available for sale in Queensland and a maximum of 500 tickets will be available for sale in the Northern Territory.

13. Price per ticket: $10.00

14. Price per entire book of ten (10) tickets: $100

Entry

15. Entry is open to residents of the Australian Capital Territory, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Queensland, Tasmania, Victoria and Western Australia aged 18 years or older at the commencement of the Raffle (Participants). Participants do not need to be a Club member or supporter to purchase a Raffle ticket or book of Raffle tickets.

16. If requested by the Club, Participants must produce: (a) proof of age; and (b) proof of residency.

17. Office holders and employees of the Club and those of any agencies associated with this Raffle (or members of their immediate family) are not eligible to enter.

18. Participants can enter the Raffle via the following methods:
(a) purchasing one or more physical Raffle tickets via a book of Raffle tickets sent by mail; and/or
(b) visit the raffle website, https://saintsmembership.com.au/saints-mega-raffle, and follow the online purchasing process.

19. Participants who purchase a physical ticket must complete the contact details section on the accompanying ticket stub in full by providing their name, address, telephone number, email (if applicable) and membership number (if applicable) for their entry to be eligible. If purchasing a ticket via the raffle website, the Participant must complete their details as prompted.

20. If a Participant purchases a physical ticket, the completed payment form (providing contact details, number of tickets sold and payment details if applicable) and accompanying payment must also accompany the book of Raffle tickets (containing both sold and unsold tickets) and be returned by the Closing Date to: St Kilda Football Club, RSEA Park, 32-60 Linton Street, Moorabbin Victoria 3189, for entries to be eligible.

21. For physical tickets - payment can be made by enclosing a cheque or money order payable to the Club or by providing credit card payment details on the payment form.

22. For online card transactions via the raffle website, https://saintsmembership.com.au/saints-mega-raffle, the Participant must use a credit or debit card.

23. All Raffle tickets that have been paid for will be entered into the respective draws, with the exception of any entry (ticket stub or form) which the Club deems to be incomplete, illegible, slanderous, defamatory or otherwise in breach of these Terms and Conditions. Tickets not paid for will not be entered into any draws.

24. Participants returning books of Raffle tickets containing sold Raffle ticket stubs with accompanying payment after the Closing Date will be notified and provided with the option of having the payment cancelled or donated to the Club.

25. Additional books of Raffle tickets can be requested by checking the applicable box on the payment form or by contacting the Club’s membership department on 1300 467 246.

26. Participants may purchase as many tickets as they like, however they must complete: (a) for physical tickets - each raffle ticket stub in full in order for their entry to be eligible (or check the box on the first ticket stub indicating all tickets purchased in the book are to be entered under the same name); and (b) for online tickets – all prompted and required information.

27. To be eligible for entry into the separate additional Book Buyer’s draw to win the Book Buyer’s Prize, Participants must purchase or have sold an entire book of 10 tickets and completed and returned to the Club the Book Buyer’s Prize entry form.

28. Confirmation of Raffle ticket purchases –
(a) online purchase(s) confirmation will be delivered to the Participant via email with confirmation of purchase and Raffle details including Raffle ticket number(s); and
(b) physical purchase(s) confirmation is held by the Participant via the physical Raffle ticket.

29. Notwithstanding any other clause in these Terms and Conditions, if requested purchase(s) of Raffle ticket(s) are received by the Club after the maximum number of tickets has been reached, those tickets will not be eligible to participate in any draw and the relevant Participant(s) will be notified and provided with the option of having the payment cancelled or donated to the Club.

Prizes

30. Total maximum value of the prize pool is: $66,259 (excluding the Book Buyer Prize).

31. A complete list of prizes along with information on each prize is contained in the Schedule of Prizes (below).

32. Prize values are accurate as at the Opening Date of the Promotion Period.

33. All costs, fees, charges or expenses associated with the prize(s), which are not specified in the Schedule of Prizes are the responsibility of the winner(s) including but not limited to any relevant travel expenses.

34. Prizes are non-transferable, and unable to be exchanged, amended or redeemable for cash.

35. If for any reason a prize is not available, the Club will substitute another prize of equal or greater value (at the Club’s discretion and subject to regulatory approval).

36. Prizes and participation in prizes are subject to any conditions imposed by the supplier or organiser of the prizes, as applicable, and the relevant venue and are subject to any government orders, restrictions or guidelines which may differ in each State/Territory.

37. Product and company names are trademarks of their respective owners.

38. The Participant acknowledges that there may be inherent risks involved in entering this Raffle or taking or participating in a prize(s). Any Participant, prize winner and/or participants in a prize event may be required to sign an acknowledgement of risk and waiver of liability for participation in the prize event and to expressly acknowledge that entry into this Raffle or participation in the prize event may be inherently dangerous, and that if they choose to participate they will do so at their own risk.

39. Any costs associated with entering and participating in the Raffle and/or claiming and/or using a prize (that are not provided for in these Terms and Conditions) are the responsibility of the Participant.

Notification and publication of winners

40. The Club will notify all prize winners by email within 2 business days of being selected in a draw.

41. Prize winners’ names will also be published on the raffle website, https://saintsmembership.com.au/saints-mega-raffle, and in the ‘Australian’ newspaper on 28 September 2026. The Promoter may also publish the name and State/Territory of winners on its social media accounts.

Claiming prizes

42. Subject to the prizes identified below, winners have 12 months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, except if the winner is from the Australian Capital Territory or Queensland. In accordance with the ACT Gambling & Racing Commission legislation, in the case of any prize won by a resident of the Australian Capital Territory, winners will have 3 months to claim their prize before the prize is subject to a redraw. The redraw will take place at the same time and place as the original draw (on 31 December 2026). In accordance with the Queensland Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation, in the case of any prize won by a Queensland resident, they shall have 3 years to claim their prize.

43. Winners must email membership@saints.com.au to claim their prize.

44. Notwithstanding the above, where a winner of a time sensitive prize is unavailable on the dates required by the Promoter or supplier of the prize, the winner will forfeit his/her/their right to the prize and will not be awarded cash or any other alternative in lieu.

45. All claimed prizes will be distributed to winner(s) within 28 days of claiming.

46. At the time of notification or by subsequent communication to the Club, prize winner(s) can either elect to have the prize posted or delivered to the winner(s)’ specified postal or delivery address or alternatively collect the prize from: St Kilda Football Club, RSEA Park, 32-60 Linton Street, Moorabbin Victoria 3189.

47. Notwithstanding any other provision in these Terms and Conditions, if delivery via post is elected, the prize winner will be responsible for all the costs associated with delivery or postage, unless the prize winner resides in Western Australia, where, due to state-based legislation, the Club will be responsible for all costs associated with delivery and postage.

48. Once the prize has left the Club’s head offices, the Club will use all reasonable endeavours to prevent damage or delay to the prize or to prevent the prize from being lost in transit.

49. All prize winner(s) are responsible for use of the prizes including complying with all relevant laws and any applicable terms and conditions of use.

50. Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in these Terms and Conditions and/or in any advertisement relating to the Raffle, to dollars or $ is a reference to the lawful currency of Australia. All references to dollar amounts of prizes are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

51. Subject to specific State/Territory requirements detailed below, for prizes that remain unclaimed by the relevant prize claim date, or claims that are deemed invalid in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize. Proceeds from such sale will be paid to the Promoter to be used for not-for-profit game development purposes.

Australian Capital Territory - All prizes won by an Australian Capital Territory resident in the Raffle must be distributed or allocated as approved. If a prize is not claimed within a three month period, the Promoter will conduct a redraw for the unclaimed prize. If the redraw winner does not claim their prize within three months from the date they are notified in which to claim their prize, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to regulatory approval, if required) to sell that prize.

Victoria or Northern Territory - If a prize that has been won by a Victorian or Northern Territory participant remains unclaimed for 12 months after the date of the draw, the Promoter will sell or otherwise dispose of the prize and pay the proceeds (bar the deduction of reasonable costs associated with the sale or disposal) to the Treasurer for payment into the Consolidated Fund.

Western Australia

If a prize that has been won by a Western Australian resident -

109B. Unclaimed winnings, Commission to be notified of etc.

(1) If any winnings — (a) greater than the prescribed amount; or (b) in a form other than money and with a value greater than the prescribed amount, are payable from the conduct of gaming authorised by a permit or a game of a kind referred to in section 39(2)(d)(ii) and are not claimed within 12 months after the right to be paid them first arises (unclaimed winnings), the permit holder, or the person responsible for the conduct of the gaming authorised by the permit or the game (the responsible person), shall notify the Commission in writing of — (c) details of the unclaimed winnings; and (d) the name, and any known address, of the person entitled to be paid the unclaimed winnings (the winner); and (e) details of any steps taken to find and contact the winner.

(2) On being notified under subsection (1), the Commission may give directions to the permit holder or the responsible person as to any specified steps, or any specified additional steps, to be taken to find and contact the winner.

(3) If, on the expiry of 2 months — (a) after the Commission is notified under subsection (1); or (b) if directions are given under subsection (2), after those directions are given, the unclaimed winnings have not been claimed — (c) the right of the winner to be paid those winnings is extinguished; and Gaming and Wagering Commission Act 1987 Part V Permitted gambling Division 8 Unclaimed winnings.

(4) The Commission may give directions to the permit holder or the responsible person as to the disposal of any unclaimed winnings where — (a) the right of the winner to be paid the winnings has been extinguished under subsection (3); and (b) the winnings are in a form other than money, and any proceeds of that disposal shall be taken to be unclaimed winnings to be dealt with under section 109C.

(5) It is a condition of a permit that the permit holder, or the person responsible for the conduct of the gaming authorised by the permit, complies with any direction given to the permit holder or person under this section.

Use of personal information

52. By completing and returning a Raffle ticket and/or book of Raffle tickets and/or Book Buyer’s Prize entry form, Participants consent to the Club and Chery Motor Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 662 958 205) collecting, retaining and using the personal information provided by Participants for the Club’s marketing (including direct marketing) and communication purposes.

53. Information about the Participant is used by the Club to assess and process registration in the Raffle, and for the determination of winners and the distribution of prizes, if any, to the Participant.

54. Any personal information the Participant provides will be treated confidentially and in accordance with the Club’s privacy policy, which can be viewed at www.saints.com.au/policies.

55. Personal information held about Participants by the Club can be accessed by contacting the Club’s membership department on 1300 467 246.

General

56. These Terms and Conditions and the accompanying Schedule of Prizes form the conditions of entry for this Raffle and are governed by Australian Law. By submitting an entry, Participants agree to these conditions of entry.

57. Any updates to these conditions of entry will be subject to regulatory approval and will be published on the raffle website, https://saintsmembership.com.au/saints-mega-raffle.

58. It is the Participant’s responsibility to notify the Club if their contact details change during the Promotion Period.

59. The Club reserves the right to disqualify an entry in the event of non-compliance with these conditions of entry or if, in the Club’s reasonable opinion, a Participant tampers or interferes with an entry mechanism in any way.

60. The Club is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any mail delivery, telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, communication network, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise, any injury or damage to entries or to Participants' or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in this Raffle.

61. If the Raffle cannot run as planned for reasons beyond the Club’s control, including, but not limited to, fire, storm, flood, earthquake, explosion, war, terrorism, invasion, rebellion, sabotage, pandemic, epidemic, law, rule or regulation of any government or governmental agency, and executive or administrative order or act of general or particular application, the Club reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Raffle (subject to regulatory approval). If the Club cancels the Raffle, the Club will endeavour to notify and provide Participants with the option of having payment refunded or donated to the Club. If the Club suspends or modifies the Raffle, the Club reserves the right to determine how the suspended or modified Raffle proceeds and prizes are awarded (again, subject to regulatory approval).

62. Images used by the Club throughout the books of Raffle tickets and/or as part of any additional promotional or advertising materials are for illustration purposes only.

63. To the extent permitted by law, the Club will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including direct or consequential loss) or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with or participation in the Raffle and/or use of a prize. In addition, the Club accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning a prize.

64. In the event a Participant wishes to raise a complaint, the Participant must contact membership@saints.com.au. Upon receipt of the email, the Participant will receive a phone call from a Club staff member to discuss available remedies (if applicable) for the affected Participant.

66. All proceeds from the Raffle will be allocated to upgrade and maintain Club facilities (changerooms, oval) to ensure the Club’s junior football programs, health and wellbeing programs and school holiday programs can be delivered to best practice standard.

67. The Promoter’s decisions in connection with the Raffle are final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Book Buyer’s Prize: One position in the 2027 St Kilda AFL or AFLW Team photo. Total Value of up to $1000.

First Prize – Chery E5

The First Prize Winner will receive a Chery E5 electric vehicle valued at up to $37,990 (being the manufacturer’s recommended driveaway price for Victoria, inclusive of GST).

• Chery Motor Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 662 958 205) (‘Chery’) is the supplier of the prize.
• The prize must be collected from the winner’s nearest Chery dealership. This will be determined by Chery.
• The prize includes 12 months’ registration, compulsory third party insurance, stamp duty and dealer delivery charges (which may vary State by State).
• The Promoter and Chery take no responsibility for petrol/charging/electricity costs, home charging equipment, comprehensive insurance, health, transport, body, paint or mechanical damage, or any other costs or damages, from date of delivery. The Winner will be responsible for any expenses incurred in getting to and from their nearest authorised Chery dealer. The prize includes on-road costs.
• The colour of the vehicle prize is subject to the availability of colours at the relevant authorised Chery dealer. Vehicle colour depicted in all promotional material and raffle ticket is for illustration purposes only and may differ from actual vehicle prize.
• If the winner is, through any legal incapacity or otherwise, unable to register the car in their own name, then the winner may assign the car to another person (who consents to such assignment) with legal capacity for the purpose of registration. The Promoter and Chery take no responsibility for any such arrangements between the winner and the assignee.
• The winner must provide Chery with certified copies of all required documentation as required by Chery before the prize is awarded.
• By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Promoter and Chery to use their name, image, likeness, and any other footage or content captured of them collecting or receiving the prize, in whole or in part, for promotional and marketing purposes without compensation. This may include but is not limited to use in promotional materials, social media, advertisements, websites, and any other marketing channels.
• To the extent permitted by law, Chery will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including consequential loss or personal injury) suffered or sustained in connection with or participation in the Raffle and or use of the prize. In addition, Chery accepts no responsibility for any tax liabilities that may arise from winning a prize. Chery's sole obligation in connection with the Raffle is to supply the First Prize vehicle as described. All other aspects of the Raffle are the responsibility of the Promoter.

Second Prize – My Fiji Holiday

The Second Prize Winner will receive: My Fiji Holiday prize that includes:

• 5 Nights at Warwick Fiji for 2 adults and 2 children with breakfast, lunch and dinner included.
• 4 return economy flights on Fiji Airways for 2 adults and 2 children.
• Includes transfers to and from Nadi Airport.

Valued at up to $10,548.

• Terms and Conditions
  • Travel must be completed within 12 months from date of issue – excluding peak season dates.
  • Booking is for 2 adults and 2 children (12 years and under) only and is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
  • Name changes are not permitted and once ticketed, normal fare rules and conditions of carriage apply.
  • All flights must be taken together and will depart and return from Fiji to the nearest capital city to the winner’s State of residence. Air travel is valid on Fiji Airways operated (prime) services only.
  • Reservations and ticketing must be made through supplier’s sales and marketing office – at least ten (10) business days prior to requested date of departure.
  • Accommodation will be a Garden view room.
  • Voucher must be redeemed within the validity period or voucher will be forfeited.
  • Voucher is subject to availability, travel restrictions and cannot be redeemed over specified blackout dates.
  • Any additional incidental charges and/or changes made by the winner are at winner’s expense.
  • No frequent flyer points will be earned on the flights.
  • Must be redeemed in a single transaction.
  • Passport and visa applications and associated costs are the responsibility of the winner.
  • Spending money, taxes (excluding airline and airport taxes), insurance, transport not included, transfers not included, items of a personal nature, in-room charges and all other ancillary costs, unless otherwise specified in the prize description, are not included.

Third Prize – OMF Mattress

The Third Prize winner will receive a queen size Saint Tropez mattress valued at up to $5,398. The winner may choose to swap to an alternative comfort feel or an equivalent model, including the St Kitts or St Barth, subject to availability.

Free delivery in metro Victoria, Queensland and New South Wales. If the winner resides outside these areas, a $149 credit towards delivery will be provided with the winner to pay the difference.

Fourth Prize – Club Champion Golf Package

The Fourth Prize winner will receive a golf package valued at up to $5,000 including a golf bag (valued at up to $400) and custom fitting golf club experience with $4,600 credit toward a custom-built set of golf clubs (valued at up to $4,600).

Terms and conditions –

• the fitting must be booked and completed by June 30, 2027.
• clubs purchase must be made on the same day as the club fitting for the prize credit to apply.
• prize is redeemable at Australian Club Champion stores only.
• retro (customer own clubs) and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) orders are not considered a custom equipment purchase and cannot be redeemed against the prize credit.
• the fitting must be completed in one appointment.
• the prize is not valid on prior fittings or purchases.
• the prize is not valid in conjunction with any other fitting offer or discount.
• appointments are limited and subject to availability.
• any portion of the $5,000 prize value not used on the fitting day is forfeited.
• the custom fitting experience and any custom-built clubs are subject to Club Champion's standard fitting and build processes, product availability and lead times.

Fifth Prize – Westinghouse Fridge

The Fifth Prize winner will receive one (1) WQE5700BD - 564L Quad Door Fridge, Matte Charcoal Black valued at up to $2,249. Delivery is available to selected metro areas only. Winners located outside of these areas may be required to cover any additional delivery costs.

Sixth Prize – Loewe Television

The Sixth Prize winner will receive one (1) 50 UHD Smart E-LED TV Coral Red valued at up to $1,999. Floor stand not included. Delivery included.

Seventh Prize - Gumbuya World Theme Park Family Annual Pass

The Seventh Prize winner will receive:

• Year-round entry to Gumbuya World Theme Park with a Family Annual Pass.
• Gumbuya World will set up 5 x Gumbuya World annual passes for winner and their four nominated family members. This will provide entry to Gumbuya World for 12 months and all the perks associated with the annual pass found here: https://www.gumbuya.com.au/whatson/annual-pass

Valued at up to $1,075.

Eighth Prize – CMC Investment Portfolio

The Eighth Prize winner will receive a portfolio to the value of $1,000 or greater at the date of the Major draw (valued at up to $1,000).

Terms and conditions –

• The types and number of securities constituting the prize will be determined by CMC Markets Stockbroking Limited (“CMC Invest”) at its absolute discretion, on the day that the winner is drawn.
• If the value of the prize decreases between when the winner is drawn and when the prize is awarded and transferred, CMC Invest will not provide any additional prize or other value to make up for the decrease in the value of the prize.
• The awarding and transferring of any Prize to the winner of the Promotion is subject to the winner successfully applying for a share trading account with CMC Invest and complying with all of CMC Invest’s requirements for opening an account, including agreeing to any relevant legal documents governing or dealing with matters relating to such account.

Ninth Prize – Saints Locker Voucher

The Ninth Prize winner will receive a $750 voucher for the “Saints Locker” being the Club’s retail outlet. The voucher may be used online (Saints Locker e-store) or in the physical store person for use on full priced St Kilda merchandise by 31 October 2027 (valued at up to $750).

Tenth Prize – Saints Locker Voucher

The Tenth Prize winner will receive a $250 voucher for the “Saints Locker” being the Club’s retail outlet. The voucher may be used online (Saints Locker e-store) or in the physical store person for use on full priced St Kilda merchandise by 31 October 2027 (valued at up to $250).

Book Buyer’s Prize – St Kilda Team Photo

• The winner will be eligible to take part in the 2027 AFL or AFLW St Kilda team photo (valued at up to $1,000).
• The prize can only be redeemed on the date specified for the team photo shoot.
• The winner will need to be available on the specified date and time for the team photo and it is their responsibility to get to and from the location shoot.
• The team photo will take place at the St Kilda Football Club, 32-60 Linton Street, Moorabbin 3186.
• The prize is for taking part in the photo and all travel costs of the winner to the Club are not included.
• Prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
• In the event the winner is unable to attend on the advised date, the winner may nominate an alternate person to participate in the prize in their place.
• The prize does not carry forward to future years.
