General Admission Access

Option 1: Optional Upgrade

General Admission members can enjoy flexible access to the game, with the option to upgrade to a reserved seat using their member barcode. For an additional cost, upgrading guarantees your entry and secures a dedicated seat, so you can relax and enjoy the match knowing your spot is locked in.

1. Check your email once Rounds 1–15 go on sale for a ticketing update from the club, which will include booking links to our home games and your member barcode/s.

2. Select your match of choice and click “Unlock Member Tickets.” Enter your member barcode/s. If upgrading for multiple members, enter all barcodes (one per line, no spaces or punctuation). Each member must have a valid barcode, and a transaction limit of 10 tickets applies.

3. Click “Validate,” then select “Member Upgrades.” Choose your quantity and select your desired seating location.

4. Finalise your booking through Ticketmaster. Once complete, your tickets will appear in your Ticketmaster account.

*It’s highly recommended to upgrade to a reserved seat to guarantee your entry for Opening Round, tickets are selling fast.

Option 2: Match Day Scanning - Membership Card / Mobile Membership

Get General Admission access by scanning in your physical card / mobile membership upon entry*. This will become available from 72 hours prior to the match until the end of the game.

You will be required to access your mobile membership via the Official St Kilda App or online portal on your smartphone.

If you haven't already, download the Saints Official App and log in to your St Kilda membership account to view your barcode each home game. Once you can view your ticket in the app, select 'add to wallet' to ensure it is ready to go on gameday.

*Please note, this option doesn't guarantee entry as access is subject to capacity. It’s highly recommended to upgrade to a reserved seat to guarantee your entry for Opening Round, tickets are selling fast.

Please note, you will only be able to access the barcode of the upcoming home games, 72 hours prior to each game. We will send you a reminder once your barcode is ready to view within the app.

Guest Passes:

Guest Passes will be available up to the overall transaction limit of (10) ten tickets. Please note, prices will vary dependent on which seating category you select.

Accessible Ticketing:

If you require accessible seating, bookings must be made through the relevant ticketing agent for the venue. Ticketmaster for Marvel Stadium matches and Ticketek for MCG matches.
