Birthday Club will be distributed directly from the club during the month of your birthday.

Payment Plan:

The ‘per month’ payment divides the total fee into 6 equal installments. The first payment will be deducted on receipt of your purchase, with the remaining debits to occur on the 15th of each month thereafter. Payments are calculated based on the schedule beginning in February.
