Mobile Membership Troubleshooting

We’d strongly recommend that all St Kilda members log into their mobile memberships and save their tickets to their digital wallets prior to arriving at Marvel Stadium for home games.

It has recently been reported that some members have encountered issues being able to view their mobile ticket(s) via the mobile app.

If you're experiencing trouble accessing your mobile membership, we recommend first deleting and re-downloading the Official Saints App; if the issue persists, try logging out and back in to resolve it.

Please see further app instructions below:

  1. Delete the Official Saints App from your mobile phone.
  2. Re-download the Official Saints App.
  3. Open the app and click ‘Membership’ from the home screen.
  4. Click ‘Access my membership’ and login with your existing membership details, do not create a new account.
  5. If you can’t remember your password, click forgot password and follow the prompts.
  6. Once logged in, you will be able to view your mobile ticket(s).

If your device is not compatible with the updated app, you can access your digital tickets by logging into your ‘My Saints Account Manager’ via your internet browser here.

  1. Click here
  2. Enter your email address and click continue
  3. Enter your password and click Sign In
  4. Select 'Manage my Membership' from the navigation bar at the top of your screen on a tablet or select the three bars in the top left of your screen then 'Manage my Membership' if you are using a mobile device
  5. Select 'View Event Details' on the game you are wishing to attend
  6. Select your ticket under 'My Tickets'
  7. You will now be able to see your barcode to scan at the match which can be added to your digital wallet on your device.

Common Questions:

I'm being faced with a blank screen (with a cloud) on the app, how do I fix this?

Press the ‘Log Out’ button at the bottom of your membership portal. You will need to login using your primary email address listed against both your Saints membership and Ticketmaster account.

Where can I find help on game day?

For Marvel Stadium matches, you can visit the Saints Membership team at the Club Hub, they will be located at Gate 5 from the time gates open until quarter time.

I keep getting a 'try again' message on the app, what should I do?

Ensure your email address on your Ticketmaster account is the same as your Saints membership account. If you're unsure, please get in touch with the Saints Membership Team via 03 9967 4388 or membership@saints.com.au .

The app is still showing last years matches, what should I do?

You need to delete and re-download the app to refresh it. Please follow the prompts above to do so.

What if I don't have a Ticketmaster account?

Simply click here to create an account. Please ensure you create an account using the same email as your St Kilda Membership account. If you're unsure as to which email this is, please get in touch with the Saints Membership Team via 03 9967 4388 or membership@saints.com.au .
