Match Access

In 2025, Reserved Bay members will be given the opportunity to access games via their Physical Card, Mobile Membership or via an online redemption process.

To secure an allocated seat, we would strongly recommend redeeming your membership ticket(s) via the online booking process that will be communicated ahead of each home game. Whilst you are welcome to use your Physical Membership Card / Mobile Membership to access the Walk-up bays, these are subject to capacity. Therefore, once this area fills, you will be required to sit in General Admission on Level Three.

If you discussed and purchased a dedicated allocated seat with a Saints staff member or renewed a specific reserved seat from a previous season, you are a reserved seat holder. All other access members will either have Reserved Bay or General Admission membership.

Reserved Bays members get priority seating within a certain bay but are not allocated a dedicated seat for the season.

In 2025 Reserved Bay members will be given the opportunity to either scan in their physical card / mobile membership to secure entry, or they can pre-book a ticket online.

We have dedicated walk-up bays for members choosing to scan in, these bays are subject to availability and operate at a 'first come, first served' basis. Once these bays fill, you will be required to sit in General Admission on Level Three.

Level 1 Reserved Bays:

Walk-up bays are located in Level 1, Aisles 24, 27 & 44 (subject to capacity)*

Ultimate Level 2 Reserved Bays:

Walk-up bays are located in Level 2, Aisles 29 - 30, Rows H-U (subject to capacity)*

*Walk-up bays will not be available for Round 9.

If you wish to pre-book ahead of the match to guarantee your seat, please follow the booking instructions below:

1. Once Rounds 1-15 go on-sale, check your emails to access a ticketing update from the club, this will feature booking links to our first batch of home games.

2. Select your match of choice and click ‘’Unlock Member Tickets’’ and enter your member barcode/s. We will include your member barcode in the email we will send soon.

3. If booking for multiple members, please enter your membership barcode/s along with any additional members you are booking for (one below the other with no spaces, commas or full stops). Please note: All members will need a valid barcode to redeem their complimentary ticket. A transaction limit of ten (10) will apply.

4. Once all barcode(s) are entered click on ‘’Validate’’. From there, select Member Upgrades

6. Once you select your quantity please click ‘Best Available' to access your traditional seating area.

7. You will be allocated a ticket based on your selection above and be prompted to finalise your booking through Ticketmaster. Once finalised, your tickets will be available in your Ticketmaster account.

Yes, Please see below the process to secure guest passes:

Members Pre-Booking online - You will be given the opportunity to purchase additional guest passes up to the total transaction limit of (10) ten*.

Members accessing via Walk-up Bays - You will be given the opportunity to purchase additional guest passes directly through the Saints Membership Team. To arrange these, you will need to call the team on (03) 9967 4388 and they will be emailed to you ahead of the match.

As the walk-up bays and redemption bays are different allocations, it is crucial you follow the above process dependent on your chosen method of access.

*Please note, guest passes will be strictly limited to (4) four per member for Round 9, guest pass pricing for this match will also differ.

Level 1 Reserved Bays:

Adult: $59.00

Concession: $51.00

Junior: $19.00

Ultimate Level 2 Reserved Bays:

Adult: $73.00

Concession: $62.00

Junior: $25.00

Unfortunately no, our walk-up bays are subject to capacity, therefore once these fill you will be required to sit in General Admission up on Level 3.

If you know you are planning on attending, we would strongly recommend pre-booking via the online redemption process with your member barcode(s). Instructions on how to do this will be sent to eligible members ahead of ticket on-sales, as well as the week of our home games.
